PSC beats TCC 14-7

The Pirates jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the second inning after home runs from Todd Clay and John Smith. The Pirates opened up the game in the 5th inning by scoring seven runs on seven hits. John Smith and Jonathan Little led the way with three RBI each on the day. Carter McCulley, Todd Clay, Little, and Preston Herce all had multi-hit games. Julian Mlodzinski got the start and battled for eight innings and got the win for the Pirates. He struck out five in his work. Jase Phillips finished the game going one inning and striking out three batters in his work.

 

PSC loss to TCC 6-7

Despite a five-run 7th inning, the Pirates fell short in the first game of the double header. Blaydon Plain and Drew Reaves were the only Pirates to have multiple hits in the game, with Reaves also scoring two runs. Matteo Pare got the start and went 4.1 innings, striking out three batters.

 

PSC loss to TCC 3-8

Runs were hard to come by in the second game of the double header. Despite multi-hit games from John Smith, Preston Herce, and Blaydon Plain, the Pirates only managed to score three runs. Smith, Reaves, and Herce each recorded a double in the game.

 

PSC loss to Chipola 1-7

It was a tough day for the offense as the Pirates only scored one run on the day with six hits. The offense was led by Blaydon Plain, who had two hits, one of the being a triple in the first inning. The Pirates bullpen had 2.1 innings of clean work by Jacob Jordan and Hunter Pankey, combining to strike out three in their work.
