Pensacola State moves to 2-0 after defeating Coastal Alabama 76-67 on Saturday night. The Pirates got into early foul trouble in the first half and took a four-point deficit into halftime. PSC took the lead with eight minutes left and would never trail the remainder of the game. 

The Pirates were led by sophomore Yeikson Montero with 17 points. Marquavis Carter had 15 points and McLeon Charles added 11 points for PSC.

The Pirates look to stay unbeaten as they travel to Monroeville on Tuesday to play Coastal Alabama North at 7:30pm.
