The Lady Pirate basketball team has two members honored by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.

Tanita Swift and Jaida McDonald were named WBCA All-America honorable mention.

Swift was also named to the All-FCSAA/All-NJCAA Region 8 team and First Team All-Panhandle. She played in 28 games and averaged 16.3 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists.

McDonald was also awarded Second Team All-Panhandle for her efforts this season. She played in 29 games and averaged 12.8 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.
