Coach Wilson joins the staff as a volunteer assistant after spending the last three years at Central High School (Milton, FL) as the Head JV & Freshman coach, and the lead assistant for the varsity program.
During his first two years at Central he helped lead the program to a combined 38-10 record with a state runner-up finish in 2021. In 2021, he guided the JV program to a 9-1 record which included going undefeated in district play. Coach Wilson was also in charge of the plyometrics program and individual player development during his time at Central.
During the summer of 2020, Coach Wilson was the Head Coach of the West Florida Starz 17u AAU program. He led the program to two tournament championships and a 19-9 record. Eight of his players went on to play on the collegiate level, including one Division 1 signee.
Before joining Central High School’s basketball staff, he was a skill trainer at Dothan Hoops Training Facility in Dothan, Alabama.
