In an impressive display of skill and power, the Pirates secured a commanding 9-1 win on the road against Coastal Alabama-North. The game started with a bang as the Pirates scored three runs in the first inning and never looked back.
Drew Reaves was a standout performer, going 4-for-4 at the plate with two doubles and two RBIs. Lincoln Pack also had a stellar game, finishing 3-for-4 and hitting a solo home run. Caden Hartman brought the power, smashing two home runs and driving in four runs, showcasing his offensive prowess.
On the mound, Matteo Pare earned his first win of the season. He pitched four strong innings, striking out three batters and allowing only two hits, effectively shutting down the Coastal Alabama-North offense.

The Pirates faced off against Wallace State Hanceville in a thrilling doubleheader that showcased both pitching prowess and offensive firepower.
The first game was a classic pitchers' duel between the Pirates' Justin Hoff and Wallace State's Luke Fernandez. Hoff delivered a strong performance, scattering four hits and allowing only an unearned run. Despite his efforts, Fernandez emerged victorious, striking out 12 batters. The Pirates' offense struggled, with Lincoln Pack collecting the only hit for Pensacola State College (PSC).
PSC 11 Wallace Hanceville 8 (10 innings)
The second game saw a dramatic shift as both teams' offenses came alive. The Pirates jumped out to an early 4-1 lead in the first inning and held an 8-4 advantage going into the final seventh inning. However, Wallace State rallied to score four runs, forcing the game into extra innings.
In the 10th inning, the Pirates finally broke through, scoring three runs to secure the win. The Pirates' offense was on fire, racking up 14 hits. Jaden Gummersbach and Kaden Wilks led the way with three hits each, including a home run for Gummersbach and a triple for Wilks. Mason Onate also contributed with a home run and two stolen bases, while Hunter Vaughn added a home run and two RBIs.
On the mound, four pitchers saw action for PSC. Makaio Cisneros started the game, throwing four innings. Jase Phillips picked up the win, pitching 2.2 innings and striking out four batters. Bradley Link closed out the game, earning the save by striking out the side in the final inning.
