Dylan Brown joined the Pensacola State basketball coaching staff in the 2023-2024 season. 

Brown spent the previous season at New Mexico State University as a graduate assistant. At New Mexico State his duties included recruiting, analytics, video breakdown, & player development. 

Before New Mexico State, Coach Brown spent a season as an assistant coach at Northwest Florida State where he helped guide the Raiders to a national championship in 2022. His duties also included recruiting, analytics, video breakdown, player development & social media management. While at Northwest Florida he was part of a staff that sent 13 players to the Division 1 level. 

Brown started his basketball coaching career by spending two years as a student manager at East Tennessee State University.
