Madison Myers is a sophomore, multitalented player from Brownsville, Tennessee. 

She started at shortstop for the majority of her freshman year, but is expected to return to the outfield this season and see some time in the pitching circle. 

As a freshman she was the Pirates leadoff batter and recorded a .379 batting average, .415 on base percentage and stole 41 bases. She was named First Team All-Conference for her efforts. 

Madison has verbally committed to play at Alabama State University next year.

I choose it because I wanted to be around water and I loved the school and surroundings.

I play because I like to win and I think it's fun.

Who is someone that's influenced your life? Why?

My high school coach JR Kirby. He made me love the game more and pushed me to be better.

What have you enjoyed about this team so far?

I think this team has very different personalities and you never know what's going to happen next, so it's just fun to be around them.
