Tallahassee struck first scoring an unearned run to kick off the game, but PSC was able to finally able to get on the board in the bottom of the third. Cara Willis and Karri Pritchard had back-to-back singles and then Bre'Asia Thomas drew a walk to load the bases. Gabbie York followed with her own walk to plate the Pirates first run. Immediately after Brooke Vega laced a ball into the right field corner to drive in three runs and make it 4-1.

It was walks that got the offense going again in the bottom of the fifth when PSC drew two and Hannah Waltman singled to load the bases. Kasey Markusic hit a hard groundball to short that was misplayed, and two runs scored to extend the lead to 6-1. Pensacola added one more run with an RBI single from Cara Willis.

TCC strung some singles together in the sixth and plated two runs and the scoring was rounded out in the bottom of the inning when Kylee Crowder blasted a solo home run to left.

Cara Willis was 3-for-3 while Kylee Crowder went 2-for-4 and Bre'Asia Thomas was 1-for-1 with three walks and two runs scored.

Gabriella Lindsey threw a complete game only allowing two earned runs and striking out six.

Pensacola kept the momentum rolling into the second game and put up four runs in the second inning. The highlight of the inning was a 2-RBI double from Karri Pritchard.

Gabbie York smashed a solo home run in the third to give PSC a 5-0 lead and got things going again in the fifth when she led off with a triple and scored on a groundball from Hannah Waltman.

The Pirates final run came in the sixth when Kylee Crowder hit a double and scored on a single from Gabbie York.

Madison Sabo had a solid outing throwing a no-hitter until the fifth. She picked up her 10th win of the season only allowing three hits with three strikeouts.

Gabbie York was a double short of the cycle going 4-for-4 with two RBI. Karri Pritchard was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and hit by pitch.

The final round of Panhandle play begins Saturday when the Pirates travel to Gulf Coast State to face the Commodores at 1:00 pm.
