The Lady Pirates started off their weekend with a win against Monroe College, outscoring the Mustangs 46-28 in the first half alone.
Ja'miyah Bryant led the team with 17 points and 10 rebounds, recording her first double-double on the year. Gabriela Bendeck-Giron notched 12 points while Sh'Naya Anderson followed close behind with ten points on the night.
Deborrah Redmon and Douthshine Prien nabbed nine rebounds apiece.

The Lady Pirates suffered a tough loss in their second game of the Pensacola Classic.
Ja'miyah Bryant recorded her second double-double on the season with 18 points and 15 boards.
Gabriela Bendeck-Giron had 14 points, while Deborrah Redmon scored 10 points.

Falling behind in the first quarter, the Lady Pirates fought the entire game to pick up their sixth win on the season.
Ja'miyah Bryant had a standout performance yet again, recording her third double-double on the year with a season high of 18 points and 18 rebounds respectively.
Gabriela Bendeck-Giron followed close behind with 14 points in the win over the Bobcats.
