The Lady Pirates came out hot in the first quarter on Wednesday night and cruised to an 89-47 victory over TCC.

Pensacola held a 42-30 advantage at the half and used smothering defense to only allow Tallahassee seven points in the third quarter.

Gabriela Bendeck-Giron came off the bench to shoot 50% from the field and 3-point range and score a game high 21 points. Ja'Vina Jackson also provided an offensive spark from the bench and added 17 points. Kyla Thomas scored 10 points while Douthshine Prien dished out 11 assists and Ja'miyah Bryant pulled down 11 rebounds.

Pensacola State will travel to Northwest Florida on Saturday, February 4th for a 2:00 pm game.
