Cross Country Takes First Place

Pensacola State College women's cross country took first place at their home meet on October 13th 2023. The PSC Cross Country Open hosted Lurleen B. Wallace, Chipola and Coastal Alabama at the Escambia County Equestrian Center for both a men's 8k race and a women's 5k race. 

The Pirates dominated the front of the pack by finishing with seven out of the top ten finishers. Christine Clark took first place overall, with a time of 23:32. Close behind was Emmalie Miller at 24:37, Kaydee Cook at 24:45, Madyson Sutherlin at 25:54, Jennifer Brakebill at 26:39, Bailey Scott at 27:26, Laura Towles at 30:02, and Haley Hollenbeck 45:50.
